MONFERRATO DOC DOLCETTO
Someone could think that other areas of Piedmont are better for growing Dolcetto grapes, but, with decades of experience, we managed to obtain an award-winning Monferrato Doc Dolcetto.

Rose, violet, cerise and blackberry are the characteristic scents of our Dolcetto, which is Guyot-trained in two different vineyards, combining different terroirs to give a wine with a strong personality without a too heavy body. This wine ferments with selected yeasts, then macerates for a short period and is aged for two to four months in large oak barrels. It matches well with meat, but also with other dishes.
